Cameron Moore, Director of Tennis/Tour Coach

Cameron grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. Sports were very important in Cameron’s life from an early age.  As he began to get older, it was obvious that tennis was his true passion. As a junior Cameron worked with many of the top coaches in the nation such as, Nick Bollettieri, Vic Braden and Phil Dent. After an accomplished filled junior tennis career, Cameron played at Northern Arizona University.

After he graduated in 2001 with a degree in International Business, Cameron traveled throughout the world playing Professional Tennis. Eventually, recurring injuries prevented him from continuing to play competitive tennis. However, this opened the door to a new passion, and his focus shifted completely to coaching tennis players.

Over the past 5 years, Cameron has coached many elite level tennis players. He has had the privilege of coaching ATP, WTA, Collegiate and nationally ranked players.  Currently, he coaches and mentors multiple up-and-coming professional players on the ATP Tour, leading them into Grand Slam events. He also works with many other elite players on the junior and collegiate level. He has taken many players, from different levels, to the top rankings.

Cameron’s background allows him to bring his unique perspective to his coaching. He not only trained with some of the top coaches in the world, but as a sports agent’s son, Cameron has been surrounded by professional athletes his entire life and he understands what it takes to make it to the top. This unusual combination allows Cameron insights and experiences that other coaches do not have.  He knows that it takes more than just great tennis ability to be successful at an elite level. As a coach, Cameron stays on top of the sport with continuing education. He knows that the best coaches never stop learning. He takes every opportunity available to increase his knowledge regarding all aspects of tennis. “Tennis is continually evolving… so is my knowledge of the sport!”
